BCA a locally based established architectural practice are now leading the Planning Application made for the construction of a mixed student accommodation and residential development of 410 units at Low Hill Liverpool.
The development will comprise of student studios, student clusters, studio’s and apartments.
Planning has been granted for the scheme known as The Rise, as of September 2016.
The scheme comprises key worker and student accommodation, as well as commercial space.
Scheduled to commence construction in Quarter 3, 2017 the project will be completed in Quarter 2, 2019 for student and Quarter 3 2019 for residential. The project follows Herculaneum Quay in being a building that truly contributes to the ever changing face of Liverpool City Centre.
