BCA a locally based established architectural practice are now leading the Planning Application made for the construction of a mixed student accommodation and residential development of 410 units at Low Hill Liverpool.
The development will comprise of student studios, student clusters, studio’s and apartments.
Planning has now been granted for the scheme known as The Rise, as of September 2016.
The scheme comprises key worker and student accommodation, as well as commercial space and a hotel.
Scheduled to commence construction in Quarter 3, 2017 the project will be completed in Quarter 3, 2018 shortly after the opening of the new Royal Hospital. The project follows Herculaneum Quay in being a building that truly contributes to the ever changing face of Liverpool City Centre.

The site located on Low Hill in the heart of Liverpool is 400m from the site of the Royal Liverpool Hospital Land and is currently due to commence on site Quarter 3, 2017. Full site demolition was conducted late 2016/early 2017.
